My husband and I found Rhonda on Zillow when looking for realtors with good reviews and experience selling homes in our location at our general price point. We interviewed her to see if she would be a good fit and chose her to sell our condo. We knew it was going to be a tough sale with the condo market being much more of a buyer's market so we appreciated her honesty about what to expect, how to price, etc. She was patient with us as we were listing in the third trimester of my first pregnancy and had lots of competing priorities with our time. In addition to getting our condo sold, Rhonda worked very diligently to help us secure a great rental house in a competitive rental market. She persistently communicated with the listing agent on the rental to make sure we were the first to apply and first to see it, which helped us land a great house. She also worked hard to ensure a smooth transition between the condo and house, renegotiating the closing date with the buyers of our condo so we had some time to move into the house and did not have to put our things in storage.
